Start Normal Foot Forward Toeside and Nose Front, flick down with front heel on the toe edge of the board to flip it underneath you so it turns over a half rotation and the board is upside down, whilst turning body into Wave to Backside 180 in the air, and land Switch Heelside and Nose Back.
